Here\u2019s to better health!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>These Ultimate Fit Food Breakfast recipes are the perfect way to start your morning and are ideal for maintaining a healthy weight, keeping blood sugar levels stable and<br \/>\nboosting your intake of a wide variety of nutrients \u2013 giving you the energy you need for the day ahead.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">NOURISHING BREAKFAST<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This nourishing breakfast is one of Gordon\u2019s \u2018Healthy\u2019 recipes, with each serving containing:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2022 No more than 5g of saturated fat<br \/>\n\u2022 No more than 15g of sugar<br \/>\n\u2022 No more than 1.5g of salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This recipe is ideal for maintaining a healthy weight and boosting your nutrient intake.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.royaldoulton.com.au\/uploads\/images\/gr_apple_porridge.jpg\" data-verified=\"redactor\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2>APPLE SPICED PORRIDGE<\/h2>\n<p>SERVES 4<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is another of my favourite porridge recipes, this time flavoured with apple-pie spices and sweetened with apples and dates, which goes down really well with the junior members of my family \u2013 it tastes like pudding! It\u2019s especially warming and delicious and the perfect thing to get you out of bed on a cold winter\u2019s morning. And with its slow-releasing energy, it should keep you going until lunchtime.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n<p>150g jumbo rolled oats<br \/>\n4 dates, stoned and finely chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp ground cinnamon<br \/>\nPinch of freshly grated nutmeg<br \/>\nPinch of ground allspice<br \/>\n2 eating apples, cored and cut into chunks<br \/>\n400ml semi-skimmed milk, plus extra for serving<br \/>\nSea salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h4>METHOD<\/h4>\n<p>1. Put the oats, chopped dates and spices into a medium heavy-based saucepan with three-quarters of the apple chunks and add a pinch of salt. Pour in the milk and 400ml of hot water and stir over a medium heat until the porridge begins to simmer.<br \/>\n2. Simmer gently for 15\u201320 minutes, stirring regularly for a creamy consistency. The apple chunks will collapse into the porridge and the liquid should all be absorbed.<br \/>\n3. To serve, spoon into warmed Gordon Ramsay for Royal Doulton\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.royaldoulton.com.au\/collections\/tableware\/gordon-ramsay\/gordon-ramsay-bread-street\/\">Bread Street<\/a>\u00a0Slate Bowls and top with the remaining apple chunks. It works just as well with other nut butters, so swap in cashew, hazelnut or almond butter for a change.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n<p>250g peanut butter, smooth or crunchy<br \/>\n5 eggs<br \/>\n4 tbsp natural yoghurt<br \/>\n1 tbsp rapeseed oil, for frying<br \/>\nMixed berries or banana (optional)<br \/>\nHoney or maple syrup, to serve (optional)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>METHOD<\/h4>\n<p>1. Mix the peanut butter, eggs, and yoghurt together in a bowl until well combined. The mixture should be a thick dropping consistency.<br \/>\n2. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the rapeseed oil and heat, swirling around the pan to coat. Add a heaped tablespoon of the mixture to the pan and spread until it is the thickness of a Scotch pancake. Cook for 2\u20133 minutes, until lightly coloured, then turn over and repeat on the other side.<br \/>\n3. Keep the pancakes warm in a low oven or wrapped in a tea towel while you cook the rest of the mixture.<br \/>\n4.
