Lemon Swizzle
Ingredients
- 4 mint leaves
- 25ml lemon Juice
- 15ml passion Fruit syrup
- 50ml pineapple Juice
- Top with your favourite Tonic
- Mint sprig & dehydrated orange for Garnish
Method
Build in a Maze Highball glass. Stir and top up with ice. Garnish and add straw
Red Rose
Ingredients
- 125ml Merlot Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- 5ml Lime Juice
- Spring of rosemary for Garnish
Method
Build in a Maze Highball glass. Stir and top up with ice as desired. Garnish and add straw.
Mountain Spritz
Ingredients
- 25ml Everleaf Mountain
- Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda
- Lime Juice
- Strawberry slices for Garnish
Method
Pour all ingredients into a Maze tumbler or highball and garnish with slices of strawberries and serve.
