Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.
You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Huntingwood, NSW Australia and are shipped to a single address. You can choose from three different shipping options:
Standard Delivery within Australia - Free for orders over $199 for a limited time.
- - NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA - $9.95
- - WA, TAS & NT - $14.95
Due to delays within the Australia Post network, the current standard delivery times are as follows:
NSW, ACT, & VIC: 5 to 7 business days
QLD, TAS, & SA: 5 to 9 business days
WA/NT: 7 to 11 business days
National Express Delivery:

- - Perth, Hobart & Darwin - $24.95

Same Day Delivery - Sydney Metropolitan Areas
Delivery and handling fee - $49.99
Available in Sydney metropolitan areas only. This option is available when a qualified postcode is entered at checkout.
Weekdays - order before 1pm Sydney time, for delivery between 6pm to 9pm on the same day.
Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable.
No PO boxes or parcel lockers.
International Delivery $29.95 for New Zealand and $49.95 Rest of World
Personalised Orders - Express delivery is not available for personalised/engraved orders as they require 7 additional business days of production time prior to shipment. Personalised/engraved products will be shipped with non-engraved products in the same order.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee. Subject to our Returns Policy, freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.

Standard Delivery within Australia
Standard Delivery is charged at a flat fee of:
- - $9.95 for all deliveries within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA
- - $14.95 for all deliveries within WA, TAS & NT
Delivery to PO Boxes is only available to Australian deliveries.
We use Australia Post for all standard deliveries within Australia. Australia Post delivers during normal business hours. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card informing you of how to collect your goods at a specified location during normal business hours or to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
If at Checkout you give "Authority to Leave" your parcel if not home, a signature is not required on delivery and your package will be left at a suitable place at your delivery address. If the Australia Post contract driver cannot identify a suitable place to leave your package and deems the goods will not be secure if left, your package will be delivered to the post office for collection and a card will be left.
If products are in stock they will normally be despatched within 3 working days of accepting your order and after despatch should arrive within 2 – 10 business days depending on your location, longer for International orders.
*Delivery Times are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations, excluding weekends, holidays and unexpected warehouse closures. Delivery estimates are in no way a guaranteed delivery date. Once orders are picked up by Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances with the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses, weather and other natural causes, or other factors outside our control.
Express Delivery within 2 Business Days for Australian Capital Cities
Delivery is charged at a flat fee of:
- - $19.95 for Express Delivery to Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide
- - $24.95 for Express Delivery to Perth, Hobart & Darwin
Delivery is available to metropolitan areas only.
Delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers is NOT available for express services.
Express Delivery within 2 Business days, parcels are only delivered Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm excluding any public holidays.
Customers in areas who qualify for Express Delivery will be able to select this option at Checkout.
We use StarTrack Express for all express deliveries, if you are not at home when the goods are delivered, the driver will leave a card informing you of how to collect your goods at a specified location during normal business hours or to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.

International Delivery - Delivery outside Australia
International Delivery is charged at a flat fee as follows:
- $29.95 for all deliveries to New Zealand
- $49.95 for all deliveries to the following countries:
- Asia – All countries (other than China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan where we are unable to deliver)
- Europe – All countries (other than Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom where we are unable to deliver)
- Rest of world - All countries (other than Canada, Brazil, Egypt, Israel, Nigeria, Qatar, UAE and USA where we are unable to deliver)
COVID-19 New Zealand Delivery Update
Our delivery partner DHL Express has been confirmed by Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) as an essential service provider. Under the essential businesses list on the New Zealand Government Website, DHL Express is identified within the ‘Transport and Logistics’ category, providing logistics and courier services, hence our supply chain remains open. During the level 4 alert, only businesses that are deemed essential by the New Zealand government can operate. As it is goes beyond our expertise to define specific essential items, our customers are advised to view the official Covid-19 Government Website for further information.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside Australia, therefore a residential or business address is required.
Delivery is provided by DHL or DSV couriers. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, our couriers will leave a card.
Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local tax, charges and customs duties. Any such costs and associated fees, if applicable, will be charged once the goods reach its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
The product prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars the same for both Australian and overseas customers. We do not adjust the prices for GST and you are responsible for any local tax, charges or custom duties.
