  • HOW DO I ACCRUE MY LOYALTY POINTS?

    As a Doulton Rewards member, every purchase you make at Royal Doulton online or in-store at any official Royal Doulton concession store counts towards your annual purchase total, which determines your rewards tier. Please ensure you sign in before making your purchase to ensure your spend is recorded.

    $1 AUD equals 1 point. Points are not earned on purchases made using vouchers, or on shipping and gift-wrapping charges. Please note that if you return a product, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account.

    Once you reach a new loyalty level, you will maintain that level and enjoy its full benefits for the following 12 months.
  • DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

    Your points balance will be reviewed every 12 months on your membership anniversary date (the date you became a member of Doulton Rewards)

    Points accrued during the previous 12 months are calculated on your anniversary date and will determine your membership tier for the upcoming year.

    Therefore in order to stay on the same loyalty tier each year, you must earn the corresponding number of loyalty points for that year.
  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REWARD VOUCHER

    Simply access your profile in the top right corner of our website and click sign-in. Check profile page to view your point balance and purchase history.
  • CAN I TRANSFER OR PURCHASE POINTS?

    Unfortunately, points are not transferable and cannot be purchased.
  • HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHERS AND HOW LONG ARE THEY VALID FOR?

    You can redeem your Doulton Rewards vouchers online or in-store only once.

    To redeem your voucher online, simply enter the code shared in your email at checkout.

    To redeem your voucher in-store, simply present the email you received to a store representative.

    Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from when you receive the email.

    All other vouchers are valid for 90 days from when you receive the email.
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

    No, your points will give you exclusive benefits but cannot be redeemed as dollars to spend.
  • CAN I USE TWO VOUCHERS AT THE SAME TIME?

    Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. For instance, if you have an eligible welcome voucher from
 Level one and you receive your birthday voucher in the same month you’ll have two vouchers available. However, they can’t be used at the same time.
